Our journey, which began in 1989 with the establishment of Shree Ostwal Builders Limited, has been one of unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and social responsibility. Over the past three decades, Shree Ostwal Builders Limited has emerged as a leading name in the real estate industry, with a strong presence across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan.

Our dedication to quality construction and customer satisfaction has enabled us to deliver numerous successful projects, creating homes and communities that stand as testaments to our vision of fine living. However, our aspirations extend beyond the realm of real estate. Recognizing the transformative power of education, we established the U.S. Ostwal Education Society in 1995.
This initiative has blossomed into a network of educational institutions, including schools in Nalasopara, Mira Road, and Boisar, as well as the prestigious U.S. Ostwal International School and Group of Colleges in Mangalwad, Chittorgarh.
